The Housman Hundred

The 2011 LDWA Hundred will take place in Shropshire, organised by the Marches LDWA group. A 100 mile challenge walk over A E Housman's Blue Remembered Hills. 

"The event will take place over the Spring Bank Holiday weekend,
Saturday May 28th to Monday May 30th.

100miles in 48hours from Moor Park School near Ludlow (GR SO505714). In the scenic uplands of the Welsh Marches, through A E Housman's "Blue remembered hills" and "Land of lost content" immortalised in his timeless masterpiece A Shropshire Lad."

Entry Details
Entry in advance only,
from December 1st for LDWA members £50 and from January 1st for non members £65, to include centralised marked-up map at 1:50,000 and every delight en route.

Entry forms will be available for download from November 16th.
Postal entries will be opened from Wednesday December 1st
On-line entries will be also be available on December 1st

We will not be accepting on-line payments. All entries on-line or postal will need to sign the disclaimer and send this with a cheque to the treasurer (address details to follow) >
